We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Please review our return and refund guidelines below before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging and condition. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different items are also eligible for review and resolution.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.
3. Sizing Responsibility
Please review sizing charts in each product description area carefully before placing your order. Due to the nature of sports apparel, returns based solely on incorrect sizing may not always qualify for refunds.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days or depending on your payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized jerseys, worn items, washed products, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
